Respect each other
Include people across majors, experience levels, and backgrounds. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and unwanted conduct have no place at the event.
Work honestly
Explain what your team created during the competition and identify any pre-existing work, third-party material, or AI tools you use. Only use data and materials you have permission to use.
Take care of the space
Follow the venue’s rules and the organizers’ directions. Overnight access is not confirmed. Final arrival, departure, and access instructions will be shared with participants.
Ask for help
Contact the organizers about access needs, a concern, or an incident. Event-day contacts and the reporting process will be published before the competition.
